The 2011 Ohio Catholic Education Association  (OCEA) Convention will take place Monday and Tuesday, October 3-4, 2011 in Columbus, Ohio at the Hyatt Regency attached to the Convention Center, 350 N. High St., 43215. The Exhibits will be in the brand new and beautiful Battelle Hall.

Directions to Battelle Hall: Loading & Unloading

Please note that the Exhibit Hall is the brand new Battelle Hall, attached to the Hyatt. It is NOT the Convention Center's Exhibit Halls C-F. Entrance to the Loading docks can only be made through 3rd Street, which is one way south.

Road construction has begun around the Convention Center. Access remains to the loading docks, however theThird Street ramp from I-670 East is closed. Please refer to the updated Directions Map.

OCEA has made special arrangements to get you access to the Battelle Grand loading docks from Third Street because of the street closure due to construction.

There will be a Columbus Police officer at the barricade on Third Street to give you access to the loading dock area during the times below which correspond with the move-in and move-out schedule for the show:

October 2 Sunday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
October 4 Tuesday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

There will be a limited number freight carts available for your use. You may only unload and load at the dock, there is not any parking allowed in that area. All vehicles must be removed as soon as they are unloaded, conversely vehicles should only be brought to the loading dock area after your booth is packed ready to load at the conclusion of the event.
