My Responsibilities: My role at the Catholic Conference of Ohio (CCO) is to direct all activities and operations of the Conference, including implementing policy decisions by the bishops of Ohio. I hire and supervise the Conference’s staff and serve as a liaise with various groups at the national level. I began as Executive Director in January 2023.

A Little Bit About Me:  I am a native of the western suburbs of Chicago. Before relocating to Ohio, I worked internationally in various capacities, most recently as a research consultant with Catholic Relief Services in Nepal and India. I also spent a year teaching at a Palestinian high school in the West Bank and a year working with refugees in the Horn of Africa. I received a master's degree in Global Affairs after two years at the University of Notre Dame, where I also served as an assistant rector in a men’s dorm. In our free time, my wife and I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and following all Notre Dame athletics.
