My Responsibilities: As the Director of OCSAA, I'm responsible for ensuring that the process of accreditation is successfully implemented/completed in Catholic schools across the state. In addition, I serve as a liaison with the Ohio Department of Education and plan, organize and direct all activities of the OCSAA.
A Little Bit About Me: I am a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana and after attending a Catholic elementary and secondary school, I attended Indiana University and The Ohio State University. After pursuing advanced degrees in anthropology, I began my career as an archaeologist traveling the world on archaeological excavations. The work, while exciting and interesting, grew difficult because of the endless travel. I then pursued a career in education and administration after obtaining a master's in educational leadership from the University of Dayton. My work in education brought me to OCSAA as I thoroughly enjoy the work of accreditation and assisting schools with continuous improvement. In my spare time, I enjoy leisurely travel to the beach, playing golf, reading, cooking, gardening and continuing my educational studies.
